This innovation from SIEGENIA does justice to the requirements of flush-mounted installation to the maximum degree: the concealed TITAN axxent 180° hinge side. Its great strength combines the new hinge side with additional advantages for fabricators and end users. With its well-thought-out design it serves both the increasing demand for elements with narrow frame widths and the architectural trend for glass fronts with fixed glazing and operable sashes. The reason for this is its maximum opening width of 180°, which enables the sash to open up completely. With the result that the sash, when open, is no longer protruding into the room, considerably more room in the interior space is at the end users' disposal. 

The other features of the innovative hinge side, which reliably supports sash weights up to 80 kg, are also compelling. With its concealed technology, it's optically very high quality as well. What's more, thanks to its special turnstile, it's suitable both for versions in ALU 16 and in the most popular plastic systems. Its high load capacity, which SIEGENIA put to the test in accordance with the updated certification programme, is an additional plus. During this test sequence, the turn cycles are conducted with 180° instead of with the conventional 90° opening width. This underscores that the TITAN axxent 180° hinge side in fact withstands tough conditions without any problems.

Efficient assembly with established workflows

The innovative hinge side provides further advantages in fabrication and installation. Window manufacturers benefit, on the one hand, from its easy, efficient installation. In this respect, they can take advantage of the fitting and assembly technology familiar from the TITAN axxent 24+. On the other hand, the sash can also be installed and removed in the same way as with the TITAN axxent 24+. Retaining the tried-and-tested processes makes significant time savings for fabricators possible.
