SIEGENIA is consistently expanding its portfolio for the ECO SLIDE CO
Space-saving, effortless and robust in daily use, combined with the manufacturing advantages of a turn-and-tilt hardware: With its combination of room comfort and production efficiency the ECO SLIDE CO sliding hardware from SIEGENIA meets with fabricators' positive response. Available for the majority of plastic profile systems, it lends itself to the production of windows and doors and provides a convenient way through to the outside. SIEGENIA is now expanding its portfolio for the ECO SLIDE CO consistently with new options and introducing fabricators to extended possibilities for achieving customers' desires.
Enhanced freedom of design – greater ease of use
The load-bearing capacity of the ECO SLIDE CO is increased considerably: Thanks to the technical balance of the system the allowance of sashes with up to 25% more weight than to date will be possible in the future as well. With a maximum sash weight of 250 kg the intuitive hardware provides planners and end users with expanded potential applications and sets new standards compared to conventional standard fittings.
For custom configuration of the way through to the outside SIEGENIA has introduced a new ECO SLIDE CO variant to the portfolio too. Additional to scheme A (single sash elements) and K (double sash elements each with sash flanked to the left or to the right of a fixed panel) this enables the production of sliding doors in opening scheme C (double sash elements with sashes converging in the centre) as well. The increased number of gears also ensures flexibility and diversity. As a result, for example, additional sizes or lockable elements can be realised, which makes it possible for fabricators to satisfy the widest range of customers' desires. Even for small window elements and low window heights the lineup provides tailored solutions too. The new strikers for the midsection make an increased level of diversity available to fabricators as well. In addition to the strikers with base and integrated spring lock operation SIEGENIA has now expanded its kit by three variants without base and spring lock operation. This enables customised solutions for the widest range of profile systems and
when necessary even provides reserves for flexible adaptation to the midsection.
ECO SLIDE CO also provides fabricators with new possibilities when it comes to ease of use. A SOFT STOP function is now available to them too as a comfort option: Adapted to the operating speed, thanks to the SOFT STOP, the sash slows down to a greater or lesser degree before the sash end position. In this way, the accessory component combines the required function with comfortable ease of use. This also includes opening without the application of additional force.
Combination of room comfort and production efficiency
In combination with the proven advantages the new ECO SLIDE CO options provide fabricators with a high-performance package for realising sliding windows and doors. They are able to convince end users with the space-saving, applicable solution thanks to their simple, intuitive handling and the high compression. The latter reliably ensures comfort and energy efficiency. ECO SLIDE CO is absolutely effortless to operate too.
In addition to the great strengths of the sliding hardware ECO SLIDE CO is also impressive in terms of the room-comfort topics security and elegance: It can be upgraded to RC2 in all opening schemes, with only a few components, to increase the burglar resistance. Moreover, the hardware is available on request with valuable design components for discreet integration of the strikers in a locking rail. This makes ECO SLIDE CO an exceptional solution with standard and design components for the tailor-made implementation of individual customer requirements.
ECO SLIDE CO also proves its qualities in production. Fabricators benefit from its availability for the majority of profile systems and the quick and easy production processes. The low number of different components and parts to install, among others, ensure time and cost savings. This guarantees lean, efficient processes from warehousing right through to assembly.
