Outstanding second place for the award for successful employer marketing

SIEGENIA is among the leading employer brands of the South Westphalia region. The company was nominated by the South Westphalia Arbeitgeberschniede [Employers' Forge] for the "award for successful employer marketing" and honoured with an outstanding second place. Regional companies that have provided an authentic picture of their company structure through an active involvement of their employees are rewarded within the scope of the award. A strong brand identity and an enthusiastic internal and external communication with high brand recognition are also among the quality criteria of the award. The jury selected three prominent companies from the record number of applications for the current year.

Positioned persuasively with "360° in the right place"

SIEGENIA together with its employees had come up with the employer brand "360° in the right place" during the course of applying. As part of an intensive, cross-departmental process the company should be visibly, authentically and sustainably positioned this way as an employer both internally and externally. The accompanying video campaign focused on the employees as the faces of the brand: They made SIEGENIA come alive emotionally. "We're thrilled about the commitment of our employees, to be able to support them through their day both professionally and privately. The portraits that emerged reveal genuine insights – and create trust, identification and recognisability", recounts Hans-Georg Kämpfer, the SIEGENIA GRUPPE Head of Human Resource Management. 

The nomination for the "Successful Employer Marketing" award shows that this path is winning acceptance. The award which has been conferred since 2017 pursues the objective of propagating best practices and rendering visible exemplary measures to serve as inspiration for other companies. As part of the South Westphalia regional marketing initiatives the hosting Arbeitgeberschmiede contributes to the strength of the employers' appeal in the region and to their eye-catching positioning in the competition for skilled workers.
