The new casement window solution including hinge and locking components.
Available in standard, restricted, easy-clean and heavy-duty variants to meet the widest range of customer requirements. All variants comply with PAS24 and are SBD approved for ultimate peace of mind when it comes to security and also meet the requirements of BS 6375 part 1, 2 and 3.
Hinge components
Standard stay
For fabricators
- Top-hung versions available in 8”, 10”, 12”, 16”, 20” and 24”
- Side-hung available in 12” and 16” in 2 versions: 1 for side/top-hung applications and 1 for side-hung applications with greater opening clearance requirements
- Up to 26 kg load capacity at 16” or max. 50 kg at 24”
For end users
- Low-friction nylon end cap ensures high level of security and compression
- Smooth running and ease of use coupled with high performance for all window sizes
- Resets back to egress/vent position automatically upon closing the window fully
- High level of corrosion resistance as manufactured using high-quality stainless steel
Restricted stay
For fabricators
- 12” and 16” versions can be used for both top or side hung applications
- Additional 20” and 24” options available for side-hung applications with greater opening clearance requirements
For end users
- Childproof restrictor limits opening for domestic or commercial applications
- Quick-release function provides ease of use when opening windows fully without compromising on safety

- Available in 12” and 16” versions for side-hung applications
- Load capacity of 21 kg

Friction stay PLUS - The heavy-duty stay
For fabricators

- Load capacity up to 35 kg thanks to 2 reinforced heavy-duty links

Easy-clean stay PLUS
The heavy-duty egress easy-clean stay
For fabricators
- Tested to 20,000 cycles
- Initial opening width similar to a standard side-hung friction stay
- When opened fully, largest size reaches up to 87°
For end users
- Maximum vent opening width of 950 mm
- Load capacity up to 35 kg thanks to 2 reinforced heavy-duty links
- Simple and smooth operation into the easy-clean position resulting in a 100 mm up to a 250 mm opening
- Resets back to egress/vent position automatically upon closing the window fully
- High-grade stainless steel suitable for high-corrosion areas (e.g. coastal areas) as standard

Unique dual locking design with hook suitable for all uPVC profile.

- Cam heights of 8 mm or 9.5 mm make them suitable for all uPVC profile requirements
- Both 20 mm and 22 mm backsets available, covering all uPVC profiles
- Adjustable cam compensates for profile and manufacturing fluctuations
- Same keeps can be used for both the standard and PAS24 versions
