SIEGENIA continues to expand the PORTAL HS for lift and slide elements

SIEGENIA upgrades its product spectrum for the PORTAL HS with new solutions for lift and slide elements. The components for elements made of wood and wood-aluminium (System HS 4.0), optionally available in black, provide maximum design freedom in top-level architecture. The combination of the new locking bolt gear with the sealing rail B axxent also denotes a high quality look: Technical components quietly fade into the background here in favour of a graceful, refined design. The PORTAL HS 500 and the GFK-R threshold with a height of 25 mm for installation on the finished floor are also new and in black.

High quality equipment in the trend colour black

To do custom requirements of upscale living justice SIEGENIA is providing with immediate effect a sophisticated range of components in the trend colour black. Suitable for elements made of wood and wood-aluminium (System HS 4.0) the optionally available components – e.g. the guide rail, the cube-shaped sash cover or the DRIVE axxent LS – enable the implementation of precisely fitting customer solutions for state-of-the-art architecture. The new components are now available. 

The programme is rounded off with a black threshold for wood or wood-aluminium elements, which will be launching in the first quarter of 2026. An interesting solution, e.g. for renovation, with a threshold height of 25 mm for installation on the floor kicks it off: The ECO PASS GFK R threshold, suitable for wood and PVC systems, makes for easy, efficient fabrication with improved fitting accuracy. Thanks to the three different overall depths it makes a most exact matching to the particular profile system possible vis-à-vis the predecessor product. The ECO PASS GFK R threshold is available in grey and – new for elements made of wood and wood-aluminium – black.

Subtle look with sash open

Design orientation is also in focus with the new locking bolt gear because the solution developed by SIEGENIA is tailor-made for upscale residential and commercial construction: The locking parts are mounted on the mechanism's faceplate on the sash and are largely concealed by the sash rebate. Unlike the standard gear, where the locking parts extend into the gap area with sash open, the frame is equipped with special closing pockets. They ensure a subtle look without protruding locking parts. The other advantages of the new locking bolt gear are impressive too. In addition to the variable selection of two to four locking points the anti-intruder up to resistance class RC3 (EN 1627 et seqq.) is also included among them. The locking bolt gear with adjustment of the frame parts to the profile geometry is suitable for all types of material.

No more visible screw connections: sealing rail B axxent

For optically elegant solutions down to the last detail SIEGENIA has developed the new sealing rail B axxent for the locking side. As a high quality solution for elements made of wood and wood-aluminium it is an ideal complement to the new locking bolt gear. The seamless bar of the sealing rail covers the screw connections of all frame parts with the result that only the closing apertures for the locking parts remain visible. This guarantees a pleasant look where the technology stays hidden. Combined with the locking bolt gear the totally new component, which is available in white, light grey and black, provides installers with the realisation of valuable design solutions for upscale residential and commercial construction. Depending on the profile system the design principle can also be applied to lift and slide elements made of aluminium.

Light and space thanks to sash weights up to 500 kg

Bring light and space into the building with lavish elements: The new PORTAL HS 500 provides installers with even more freedom of action in implementing individual customer requests. Building on the PORTAL HS 400 kg compact portfolio, the PORTAL HS 500 makes it possible to realise elements from every frame material with a load capacity of up to 500 kg. To do this it supplements the time-proven hardware with additional HS 400 compact M bogie wheels and a new comfort gear with helper spring. The proven combination with the ECO PASS threshold ensures level access to the exterior. The PORTAL HS 500 is especially suited for profile systems made of wood and wood-aluminium with a 30 mm groove, which are compatible with the HS 400 compact bogie wheels from SIEGENIA. In addition, in coordination with the profile system house, use in elements with different frame material or elements with a 42 mm groove is possible by means of distance pieces.
