SIEGENIA has given window fabricators and retailers new benefits in design with the further development of TITAN frame parts. From now on, even more flexible customisation is possible with the aid of a logo.
New logo clip concept for more freedom of design
The new frame parts with their uniform, attractive design are now equipped with a stamped SIEGENIA logo as standard. This can be adapted for customisation at any time with just a single action with the optimised striker packer for logo clips. The possibility of customising even small numbers of pieces gives fabricators and retailers new, economically attractive freedoms in design: from now on, they can considerably cut down on their warehousing by fitting one single striker plate with the widest range of logos. This allows the easy implementation of special project or anniversary printing or also the pursuit of a multiple-market strategy. The delivery of frame parts with pre-mounted logos is still possible on request.

An outstanding feature of the TITAN frame parts is their high standard of ease of use, which is chiefly due to its easy handle operation and low wear of the PVC-steel combination. In addition, the tilt lock bearings with the visible sash lifter roller enable the gentle lifting and easy closing of the sash, thus guaranteeing the ideal positioning of sash and frame to each other. Furthermore, the virtual absence of wear in the frame parts and the unique sash lift concept extend the service life of the window and reduce the maintenance expenditure to a minimum. This assures a high rate of customer satisfaction.
Perfectly attuned to the comfort mushroom cam from SIEGENIA, the frame parts from SIEGENIA have certainly proven themselves in terms of security since their market launch. Thanks to their ingenious undercut geometry, even the standard version provides a high standard of basic security. Enhanced burglar resistance is provided by the security striker plates and tilt lock bearings to meet the highest demands: they are suitable for burglar resistance up to RC2, and even up to RC4 in the hardened version.
In production, fabricators benefit from the effective processes arising from the uniform dimensions and screwing positions as well as from the fact that the frame parts can be used DIN-LH or DIN-RH. All frame components can therefore be easily integrated into automated processes and assembled on pre-weld profile bars.
