SIEGENIA online shop – now even more powerful
Ordering ECO PASS at the click of a mouse: quick, convenient, error-free
Since more than one year the online shop with configurator for the PORTAL HS COMFORT UNIT has made the ordering of hardware components and thresholds for lift and slide elements easier, quicker and more structured than ever. SIEGENIA is the first company in the industry to offer fabricators the possibility to place orders conveniently via a digital route.
The online shop offers fabricators perceptible added value. This begins with the quick and reliable selection of the required components per mouse click. An integrated plausibility check ensures the correct and complete filling in of the variant configuration. The direct transmission of the entered data to the SIEGENIA production dept. ensures fast, efficient processes and short delivery times. The processing of orders with its different, available payment modes could not be easier or more transparent. In addition, the assignment of window producers and retailers is practical: it allows all SIEGENIA business customers to use the online shop. Finally, the possibility of online checking of the order status provides transparency and handling security – including tracking link and package tracking.
International expansion – extended product portfolio
SIEGENIA has recently considerably extended its online shop offer. The international partners of the company will now also benefit from the possibilities of the online shop. This currently applies to customers in Austria, Luxemburg, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Lithuania. Switzerland and Liechtenstein will follow in November. The online shop is now available in four languages: German, English, Czech and Polish. Moreover, the product portfolio has been expanded and comprises the possibility to order wall-mounted ventilators, the repair and spare parts service of SIEGENIA Sicherheits-Service GmbH and the senso secure window sensor.
The online shop has been well received by the customers of SIEGENIA. Christoph Jentsch, Porta Bauelemente & mehr GmbH & Co. I regard the high level of transparency as extremely positive: the online shop offers me a good overview of prices and the current status of orders.“ Christian Takats, H &W Holzfensterproduktions GmbH/Österreich, added: „The calculation, especially for large projects, is significantly easier.“ Pascal Gangolf, Schreinerei Vincent Messerich/Luxemburg, also appreciates the benefits of the online shop: „The online shop improves our processes and saves time. In urgent cases in particular, it is also a real advantage that delivery is carried out faster as a result of the online ordering."
Ultimate flexibility for lift and slide elements
Fabricators of large elements have more flexibility now: several new profile variants for the ECO PASS threshold are new in the SIEGENIA range and available from the online shop. SIEGENIA has therefore extended its portfolio to a total of eight PVC system houses. The new solution is suitable for burglar resistance up to RC2 and therefore meets the security requirements of numerous end users. This also includes their own RC2 solution for the PVC profile system Schüco LivIngSlide. An ECO PASS variant for Deceuninck HST76 will follow in January, which can also be ordered as COMFORT UNIT via the online shop.
Furthermore, SIEGENIA has extended the system diversity of ECO PASS for timber-aluminium elements. It now comprises different systems from Aluron and is therefore available to a total of four system providers. The ECO PASS product spectrum is rounded off by three timber systems with different frame views und overall depths, which have been developed and tested by SIEGENIA.
