A slim frame combined with an innovative threshold.
The new PORTAL HS slim SKY axxent can be used to create virtually frameless timber-aluminium elements with a consistently high standard of design. To achieve this, it combines the advantages of the PORTAL HS slim with the minimalist look of a continuous level threshold.

When paired with carefully considered interior design, the narrow frame of the lift and slide element can be embedded in the plasterwork. This ensures a smooth transition between the frame and the threshold.
Consistently minimalist in the doorway area and the area around the fixed leaf.
Not only does the level 0 mm threshold provide unobstructed accessibility in the doorway, but it also allows the fixed glazing to transition seamlessly into the floor. In addition, the colour used for the threshold can be customised to match the material of the floor or frame.
DRIVE axxent LS

The PORTAL HS slim models are also available with the option of the aesthetically refined DRIVE axxent LS lift-slide drive. The battery-operated motor is completely concealed within the sash and moves large elements both quickly and extremely quietly. What's special about this is that it doesn't just look like a manual solution – the production process is virtually identical too.
